Thank you for subscribing to Your Design Drop. We create digital interior design and DIY content to inspire and guide your projects. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products – No Returns

All of our products are digital PDF downloads delivered electronically. Because digital content cannot be returned or “un-accessed,” all sales are final once the content has been delivered.

Subscription Charges

Your subscription provides access to monthly digital PDF content, which is delivered immediately upon release.

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, unused months, or failure to download or review the content.

• Once a monthly PDF has been delivered, that month’s charge is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellations will stop future billing.

• You will continue to have access to any PDFs already delivered prior to cancellation.

• No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing periods.

Exceptions

We want you to have a great experience. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate charges

• Technical issues that prevent access to the PDF and cannot be resolved

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
